SUMMER SESSION

This isn’t just another summer workout — it’s where athletes level up.

Our Teen Athlete Program is designed to build stronger, faster, more confident athletes — whether they’re in-season, off-season, or just getting started. We focus on developing real, transferable performance: speed, strength, power, coordination, and resilience — the kind that shows up when it matters most.

Through a combination of strength training, gymnastics, conditioning, and intentional skill work, athletes will learn how to move better, train smarter, and push their limits in a safe, structured environment. Just as important, they’ll gain an understanding of how to fuel their bodies and take ownership of their progress.

This is more than training — it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a competitive edge that carries over into sport and life.

Registration is open NOW — and spots will fill quickly.

  • 4 Days/Week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

    *no p.m. classes Fridays

  • Class Times:10:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. (flexible scheduling)

  • Cost: $250/Athlete
