PERSONAL TRAINING
Anika's passion for fitness began at age 13 when she joined The Farm Athletics as a teen athlete. Before finding The Farm, she spent 10 years training in ballet and explored several other sports, but none felt quite as much like home.
Inspired by her passion for movement and desire to help others, Anika earned a degree in Kinesiology from Pacific University in 2022. She began coaching at The Farm Athletics during her senior year of college and has continued expanding her knowledge through certifications in Personal Training, Coaching the Aging Athlete, and Corrective Exercise.
Anika specializes in working with older adults and has experience coaching clients of all ages, from elementary school children to older individuals. No matter where someone is in their fitness journey, she is committed to meeting them where they are, building confidence through movement, and helping them develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
She believes fitness is about more than workouts—it's about making everyday life easier. Whether that means carrying groceries without pain, keeping up with children or grandchildren, feeling more confident moving through daily activities, or simply having more energy, Anika is dedicated to helping people build strength that carries over into every part of their lives.

Heather Clements brings a unique blend of strength coaching, yoga instruction, and behavioral coaching to The Farm Athletics community. Her path into fitness wasn't a straight line. After years of managing teams at Starbucks, she found herself asking a simple question: "Do I want to do this forever?" The answer led her back to the place where she felt most at home—the gym.
While raising three boys, working full-time, and serving as a surrogate, Heather returned to school to earn a degree in Exercise Science and Behavioral Coaching. Along the way, she also earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and achieved her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Heather's passion for movement and strength training has shaped every stage of her life. When she was diagnosed with Stage 4 inflammatory breast cancer at the peak of her fitness journey, exercise became more than a hobby or profession—it became a lifeline. That experience deepened her appreciation for the power of movement, resilience, and community, and continues to influence the way she coaches today.
Whether she's leading a class, working one-on-one with clients, or supporting athletes through life's challenges, Heather believes fitness is about more than building strength—it's about creating confidence, capability, and a life you can fully participate in.
